I wonder how he “identifies” himself these daysSaw this dude a couple of days ago. I'm no expert, but it looks like there was someone besides coyotes at the party when he was conceived. Thoughts from you hunters?

Here's one from a few years ago to compare with. Might just be the angle, but their faces sure look different...

Hybrids are not uncommon. Those ears seem to always be present. Just got home from visiting a childhood friend and his dog Jesse is a Husky Coyote hybrid, and the ears were the big give away that she has coyote in her.Saw this dude a couple of days ago. We get a lot of wolf/coyote hybrid around here as well. I have seen a few on my property and they are very strange looking.Hybrids are not uncommon. Those ears seem to always be present. The other thing I’ve noticed about hybrids is “the look”, they have this way of looking at you / things, their body is completely still and their eyes and ears are Lazer focused on what they’re looking at.
Fun Fact; when a coyote hears a rabbit in distress from a mile away, it can determine where that sound is coming from within a one degree arc from its position. FF number two, a coyote has to have mice in its diet, there is an oil in mice that is necessary for their digestion tract to function normally.
I will tell that when you call them in, they are like ghosts, they seem to just materialize in an open area that you have been watching.
