Hey guys, I am an active member on the "other" site and I was invited here by a member saying some people were looking for these adapters I have made. The adapter I have works on the older style towers that had the Delrin sleeve and removable cap. See the links below for much more detail.

Found the original post herehttp://yamahajetboaters.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=34524

I have 27 of these right now in my garage.

There is also another unique use for this adapter, mounting a fishfinder/graph/depth finder seen here

Welcome aboard!

Welcome aboard!!! Glad you came over, hopefully you will become an active member here as well..

Also welcome! Very disappointed I can't use these on my boat... Putting the light up there is a 'someday' mod for me.

I am assuming you know of the other option available for your tower? Not mine but it's out there.

Yes, I have seen it. Thanks. There is just a long list of mods... And that one does not impress me as one of the easier one (but very nice when you get it done).

Thanks again!

Have you seen the new set up? The same aluminum adapter but he outfitted it to work with a magnetic battery operated LED light so you don't have to run any wires. Just picked it up this off season. Much eaiser than running all the wires. And it cost around 160 for the whole set up.

Wha???? Really? No, I hadn't see that. I am still trying to catch up on my reading here.

Drat. Now I am going to need to spend more money.

Can you link the thread? I like the sound of that...

Can you repost the data here? Many of us are banned over there.

...I think he meant the one from the 'other' site...

@aaronkneeland

Do you have any more of your adapters left? I looked through most of the pages on the other site and can't tell if these will accommodate the Navisafe magnetic base light? And what is the cost?

Thanks!
