I called Shoreland'r Service Department per the Midwest Industries Fender correction bulletin (see attached) and spoke with Mr. Bolles. He asked me to send him some pics of my trailor VIN and the fender mounts and got right back to me and said he is shipping me new fenders. Great customer service. I haven't got them yet but we'll see.
Here is the Fender post.

Thanks @Coheeba !

Quoting the pertinent section:

What to do if a customer has vibration‐related failure on an affected trailer as described  Please contact the ShoreLand’r Service Department at (712) 364‐3365 and ask to speak with Gary Bolles or Ed Nelson. They will help you get the right kit to replace damaged components under the terms of the ShoreLand’r limited warranty.  It is not necessary to contact your Yamaha RTA. Also do not submit for reimbursement on a Yamaha Warranty Claim – ShoreLand’r is handling this repair program directly. Midwest Industries and Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A. apologize for this issue and any inconvenience it may cause to you or your customers. Midwest Industries indicates that they will do everything possible to rectify any issues that have occurred on the trailers owned by your Yamaha Boat customers.

*NOTE: ShoreLand’r is aware of speculation in the market that this problem is the result of these trailers being equipped with bias‐ply tires. If you get customer inquiries, please explain that ShoreLand’r investigation has not shown the tires to be a contributing factor.
So regardless of their little * note they are still shipping out Radials to replace the bias tires....interesting.

So I called and talked to Gary, he said take it to the dealer.

I called Carlstar and they said..."not our problem", Yamaha's problem take it to the dealer. After some humming and hawing she said I could submit a claim form if there was something wrong with the tires.

@Julian - Just want to be sure you saw this. https://jetboaters.net/threads/bouncy-shorelandr-trailer-carlisle-stands-behind-their-product.10916/page-17#post-286973

Bias ply tires are not bad per say in fact they are better on dirt gravel and pivoting on hard angles on any material because the side wall has less flex. Yes the radials roll nicer for long highway runs but I truly think the weighting is the major issue. Lets say for argument it is not the causing the fender issue it is still an issue all by itself that should be resolved.

I already moved my bow stop back and the trailer tows so much better in the new spot. But the shake didn't go away. The starboard side is worse than the port and the bracket on that side is cracked and both sides the chrome is cracked.

I just got the boat back from the dealer....really don't want to tow it back down there AGAIN.....but seems like I might have to. UGH

@Julian did you make any progress with either Shorlandr or Carlstar?
I spoke to Ed at Shorlander about two weeks ago, and my new fenders and brackets are scheduled for delivery tomorrow.
I also spoke to Robyn at Carlstar as several have recommended, and just received the approval for new Radial tires which should ship tomorrow.
Thanks to the op and other posters in this thread, this has been easy and painless.
Now I intend to look into the tongue weight. Hope the changes make a difference!

I submitted my claim with Carlstar last week...got the automatic reply from them, nothing since. (I'm assuming I'm going to have to call them again)
I talked to my dealer at the boat show on Sunday and they said they'd help work with Shoreland'r on the broken fenders. I've not called them yet. I've got too much travel going on right now.

@Julian after you submit your claim to Carlstar you will get the automatic response. Same thing when I did it a month ago. I called a week later to confirm and told them I was taking the boat on a road trip and they sent out the new tires the following week.

My fenders arrived yesterday, and I expect the tires today, as UPS just notified me of a scheduled delivery.
FYI - If There is a slight delay from Carlstar, I understand Robyn was on vacation last week. She notified me Tuesday about scheduling shipment of the radials which was her first day back.
I only made one call to Shoreland'r, and the next contact was from the truck dispatcher arranging a delivery time. Those came common carrier, so they wanted someone home to receive them. They were light, but bulky. For those going through the dealer, that would eliminate the fender delivery challenge. From call to receipt was 15 days on fenders and 16 days on tires. I emailed the requested photos and bill of sale the same day I called them.

Submitted Pics/Info last Tuesday, I called them this afternoon - replacements approved, they'll call/email me shortly with the shipment details.

I had asked in my email for them to arrive on mounted/balanced wheels if possible - we'll see :)

@seanmclean If you are within one year, they cover mounting and balancing, and it seems that to accomplish that they just ship on new rims.
I was within 2 years but beyond the one year by two months ( frustrating as the damage occurred well within the first year, but I did not realize how bad it was).
They shipped me 5 new radials but said mounting was my responsibility. My local gmc dealer did the mount and balance for $50 + $10 for new valve stems +$15 for disposal, as I did not want to bother trying to sell the bias ply tires. I had my truck in for repair and told them the tire saga, so they offered what I thought was a good price.
FYI- some people said balancing wasn't recommended by the manufacturer - but my originals all had weights and were definitely balanced. The gmc guy balanced without any trouble.
Make sure the tire balancer knows these rims are "Lug Centric" - unlike car wheels, the center hole is not a true center point. If they balance on a "hub centric" cone which is common, they will not be balanced correctly on your trailer.
If not for this thread, I would have spent $500 on new Goodyear tires, so $75 seems like a deal.
Maybe you'll get lucky on the rims!!

My trailer is a 2018 and it has bias-ply tires on it. My fenders haven't broken yet, but the bolts that hold them on keep coming loose and falling out. I also picked the boat up from my dealer last Saturday and noticed the trailer was vibrating badly enough that I couldn't go faster than 45-50 mph. I ended up having to take back roads home instead of the highway, which turned a 30 min trip into an almost 2 hr trip. So I called Robyn today and I have to say she was very professional and very helpful. She submitted a claim for me and gave me a case number. I have to send her some pictures and that should get the ball rolling. She said once it gets approved it should take about 7 days for me to get the new tires. So thanks to this forum, something that could have been a headache was turned into a positive experience. Thank You all.

@Sbrown, you should call shorelandr and ask them if your trailer has the redesigned fender brackets. If you have the new brackets, then consider replacing the fender nuts with nyloc ones.
