Today with my Son, got in at 3 and out at 7. Late lunch/early dinner run. We did at least 60 miles, most at 40 mph. $25 for lunch, $100 for gas. Worth every penny!!!

Niece's(heart glasses) birthday weekend. Loved that she wanted to come spend it with us up at the lake house. Son was in town too. So we photobombed and they did some wakeboardin. Norris Lake, TN

Saw this when we got back to the marina. Don’t see other Yamahas other than a 212X out on this stretch of the river, had to do a double take

Made our way onto the Delaware River for the 1st time yesterday. Hit some super smooth areas for wake boarding. Lots of debris in the water. Finally hit wake to wake on heel and toe side.

We were able to tow from the tower with the bimini top out. Took the advice from this forum about dropping the rear supports as low possible (could only drop it to the second lowest setting). No rubbing at all.

We usually boat up in the Poconos, so I was surprised how dirty the hull was when we pulled it out after 4-5 hours. Back up to Lake Wallenpaupack this weekend. View attachment 131033

Nice on the wake to wake - are you running ballast and what's your rope length? I can't get a wake width that doesn't seem like a football field.

Whose driving the boat?

We got four days of boating in, weather only ruined one of them. Highlights were:

Ropeless surfing with my daughter (that's easily 260lbs on a 5' board with just momma driving)


So many crashes attempting a 360 - I was later advised to remove the middle fin on the board - next weekend going to try this.


Having the Taylor Lake sandbar all to ourselves for a couple hours on Sunday on the Waupaca Chain of Lakes.

I was in a wide open channel, no other traffic and only doing 2knts. Sweet pic!

Also my son was standing just outside the shot next to the helm. He’d been driving all evening. At 12 he is getting good at aides to Nav and rules of the road.

Great day on the lake yesterday. Neighbors brought their boat out and all the kids had a blast. One of them fell asleep sitting up on the way home. Everyone got a chance to try wake surfing, this was the only successful attempt. I took off the booster as sometimes too much wave isn't a good thing for newbs.

I’ll second the positives of working from home; I’ve seen some opportunities mid-week to take the boat out when the water looks good and felt very lucky to be able to seize them.

I never would’ve bought the waverunner if I wasn’t working from home and planning on at least a significant portion next year too. This is to supplement the boat, not replace it. Not wasting 3 hours per day on the road has been a Godsend.
