Anyone know what this is for? It is not the ski locker. That area seems to be drained by a hose that dumps by the bilge pump, which by the way is extremely slow to drain (the ski locker that is).

My dealer told us that it was for the ski locker, but we haven't tested it.

I had water in my ski locker and ran a leaf blower through it. Bubbles came out at the hose by the bilge pump.

Is that the plug for the fuel cell compartment?

Maybe, but why have a plug at all?
The fuel cell needs to have containment, and it needs to be controlled containment so you can drain / check the compartment but you don’t want fuel to get pumped over board by the bilge pump.

I just assumed it was for any water in the boat that gets into the hull.

This. Plug for fuel cell compartment.
Yup.....you need that because no matter what you do, the area around the fuel tank can get water into it, and you need it to be able to drain. Just leave the plug out.....I suspect its some sort of regulation that forces them to put that in - despite the fact that those plugs don't seal worth a damn.
