Its not a kit, and its 35x61
The building and the concrete, not including the 90 foot driveway was 50k.
Includes 2 insulated 36inch doors and 6 insulated windows.
The custom black overhead 12x12 door is from a local overhead door company also not included in the 50k

That picture is deceiving if a 12’ door is fitting on there. That’s a big shop!

Is that part of your houses lot or did you buy some extra land at the end of the street or something?

Envious for me, and stoked for you! $50K seems like a pretty good deal for the concrete and the structure! Did you run water and power into it as well? Bathroom / shower?

My electrician friend is putting a stand alone service on it. It will need multiple 220 systems for lift, compressor, welder, etc so dont want to add to my home.
No sewer or septic but will have water to building already have meter box installed just have to run the 1 inch main line from meter to building in the future

Bar, kegerator, stripper pole?

A solid plan for the electric! Should keep the lights in the house from blinking every time you strike an arc. And hey, maybe one day even some AC for the hot sticky NC afternoons? I’d love a building like that to shelter my boat and RVs from the hail threat here… hopefully one day soon. Unfortunately, while the value of my property went from $340 to $570 the interest rates went from 3% to 7%..not willing to give up my 3% mortgage for a 7% mortgage on one with $50K added to it. Looks great Neutron!

A/C will definitely be going in but not till next year. Still have lots to to before i am working in there. Will be just storage for the next 6 months or so.
After the electricians are done i have a company coming in to epoxy the floors. Gonna look like dark blue and black granite. They give a lifetime warranty with their work.
After that its back to saving and hold on spending for a bit

Again, awesome plan!

Looked into upgrading a $3k stove to a $14k stove but Viking emblems are going $80 on eBay…not sure it’s worth it!IMG_2597.jpeg
