2019 Lake Shelbyville Gathering July 24 - July 28 2019

Most likely bringing the fogger. We haven't found one we all love yet. I may end up waiting till the fall and try to get an end of season bargin.

I'm sure you all are paying attention to the weather forecast for next week. Current forecast looks like mid-high 80's, cool nights, light winds, and clear skies. If the weather holds to the forecast, it's going to be Purrrrrfect for the gathering!!!!

@trace Did the subway reopen as something else? Last we heard, I thought it was closed but not planning to reopen this year??
 
Well, decided to get a slip this year. I'm curious to see if it makes things even more enjoyable.
 
4 hours and I am on vacation!!!! Departure time 6-7 in the morning and Shelbyville by 10-11!

We have done a slip the last few years, I think the nicest thing is not having to walk to and from the parking lot at the top of the hill and hooking and unhooking the trailer from the truck everytime you go into town.
 
@Chris Fitch, it was so nice to meet you and family out on the water. Here is the Gathering I was telling you about. I believe you can go up to the search bar as well and search previous years Shelbyville gathering and watch the videos

Saturday.....oil change
Sunday,..... wax
Monday....Make sure all arrangements finalized
Tuesday.....organize all items going to Shelbyville
Wednesday.....Hit the road early....water by 11:30 am

This boating thing can really wear you out.

Everybody be safe traveling to the 'Ville. We'll see you out on the water.
