Flaming fountains at Longwood last night.
The orange bit at the top in the first pic is fire.

Look close. Yep. That's a little tikes sandbox with a trolling motor attached, tied up to a 38' go fast. Everyone cheered when he pulled up!

First trip on Falls for the season Sunday and my boy is still a bit nervous about the lake water. Need to throw some mud in his bath?

Saturday was my grandparents 75th wedding anniversary. Took my sons to Statesville, NC to spend the day with them as they were visiting from Florida. She is 94 and he is 95. This picture was in the middle of the story how they met, got married and how he left immediately as he was in the Army Air Corp during WWII. Then came the Air Corp stories. Sat on the floor for at least an hour listening. Great Day.

Memorial Day follies. I am sure this is not how they planned to use their boat today! Should have checked on it last night before that final beer.

Wondering if the women with her hands on her hip is telling her husband the same thing.;)[flag]

1st day out this year in the boat. Strange it is so late for us but, the water is still cold on Lake Hamilton. The weather has not been conducive to heating up our local waterways yet... hoping for warmer weather. IMG_1066.JPGIMG_0946.JPG IMG_0947.JPG

A chunk of driftwood that was pulled from our right impeller last night after the Memorial Day festivities. We expected more items to slow us down but, thankfully this was the only piece that stopped us.

Bummer dude....how did you break a steering nozzle? I did notice quite a few big branches floating on falls....

Yeah. High Rock is a minefield right now. It's crazy bad with debris. The Yadkin river washes all kinds of crap through here after a big storm. Took one of my skis out today as well and didn't have the tools to pull the pump off, so I'll get to fix both next weekend before we go out.

Raising jetboaters that love a clean boat...fun times on Memorial Day...

FINALLY! The wake surfing mods are starting to produce. A ways to go still with the setup but we had a ton of fun playing on the Bull Shoals Lake this weekend.
We are running with over 3,000 lbs of ballast in this shot.
I think we need the Wake Wedge!

Doesn't that crooked tire cover make you twitch? :)

Wish Caitlin or Moira had a boat cleaning desire.....

I need to order a replacement. Which is pretty funny since I handle all the tire cover orders. Last year I had an incident where the spare tire hit the ground and the cover spun. The cover has enough damage that I decided to replace it.
