Not much care involved. It did cause the main halyard to curl around the upper shroud attachment point one time which meant we spent around 30 minutes trying to unloop it off, so I wouldn't recommend it!!How well did it flake in the sail/stack pack? Or did anyone care? Lol
Natural selection….I don’t have a photo but I saw something today that I’ve never seen before. On my way to the airport in Milwaukee and they’re doing a bunch of road construction on the 894 bypass so three lanes but no shoulder far left or far right. Cars in front of me start hitting their brakes and cars in the right lane start merging to the middle lane. Figured it was an accident and sure enough I see a County Sheriff’s cruiser with his lights on stopped in the right lane. As I approached I didn’t see a vehicle pulled over or a guy getting a ticket but a middle aged woman on a 10 speed bike. She was standing at the rear of the cruiser as the Sheriff’s Deputy was (I’m assuming) writing her a ticket. WTF………
This happens a ton in and around Miami. Jumping on the highway cuts off a lot of time.I don’t have a photo but I saw something today that I’ve never seen before. We had an arrest warrant for the individual on top of the utility pole. As you can see by the junkyard behind him, we couldn't approach from the rear, and all had to approach from the front of the residence. He saw us coming and took off out the back. He climbed that pole, we still don't know how, and I guess he hoped we wouldn't see him up there or would decide to leave.......I don't know the rationale. 7 1/2 hours we waited for him to decide to come down. We unfortunately had no choice but to let him decide when he wanted to come down. Taser, rubber bullets, bean bags.....etc were off the table due to the risk of him falling off and splitting his head open, likely dying.ummm...explanation @Lawman25 ?
