Life is good.

A 19’ SeaRay with 8 people on board took on water and capsized on Lake Winnebago yesterday - luckily everyone was OK.

Brothertown is almost due east of the most popular cove on Lake Winnebago and we were there for about six hours. The cove is sheltered from winds out of the west and south but the ride to/from the cove was rough.

The boat owner works for the USPS. He thought boats are like the Priority mailers, if it fits, it ships! ?‍♂️

Some people don't know how to say "NO!" I guess, or don't understand the "OR" part of the occupancy stickers - it's WI, there's no way it was eight 150 pounders on the boat ?

Sssssplain please

The boat that sunk, from his post above. An on-water barge sent to pull it out to avoid environmental fines or tickets. Maybe the insurance company contracted to complete the claim.

It's close enough, they may have been able to drag it closer to shore, and it's a boom, but the reach would seem to be too much for a land machine

Walked past this odd looking 4ft stick.

F-that! I have fished 3 coral snakes out of my pool in the past, and a 6ft rat snake was in my garage a couple years back. A BMF rattle snake was around the corner from my house a few months back hanging out on the sidewalk. Didn’t realize snakes were so common in suburbia. What’s weird, I live in a development called Fishhawk Ranch, but have yet to see one.. ?

I have at least 2 large hawks and 5 barred owls on my property so most snakes get taken out cept the occasional garter snake around the house
