A bunch of screws and silicone. Then the clean out tube needs removed from the hatch and it "should" come off.
Well, I went out and took a look. Damn unfortunate it's not the starboard side, because I can actually see those bolts. I'm scared to remove the clean out tube

However, I watched a video that a guy made with loose cleats on a 195, and his seemed loose in a different way than mine. It's like the whole "base" was loose as well. With mine, it's just the cleat part that sticks out that's a little more wobbly than I'd like. The base seems rock solid.
Does that mean I may not need to bother?
I also got under the boat and tried to do the sealant job on the intake tunnel. I didn't remove the grate - was able to get my hands to most places that I needed without doing so. And there were a few spots that I thought were missing sealant that actually were not - it's just a black colored sealant that I couldn't really see before.
So this first spot appeared to be missing sealant, but as you can see (hopefully) it's not

This next shot shows roughly where I did apply sealant. Not the smoothest application of all time, but hopefully it does the trick.

And way back here... I couldn't tell if there is supposed to be sealant or not, or whether there was any. There was what seemed to be a bit of a gap just outside the red circle and I was able to get SOME sealant in there, but the circled area was too far to reach and I wasn't sure if it was meant to have any anyway.
