Mild winter so far in PA, opening day at our resort was this past Friday, 2 slopes open. I wouldn't be too happy if I bought daily lift tickets or was paying for a place to stay. Rain destroyed what little snow there was, but we got a few runs in today. Rain the rest of the week with cold returning after the new year just in time to got back to work. 20211224_113731.jpg

Is the Tram open? In the past while boarding it kinda fealt like a cattle chute boarding with 50+ other people on a busy weekend. I may have let out a Mooooing sound more than once as we loaded. lol
The Tram is not open, it was very windy, and icy, but no complains.

Xmas skiing the NE - it’s about as good as it gets!

I am about 3 hours North, around the red dot. Jay Peak is up around the grocery cart.

I’d love to drive up & visit but on another work run doing final inspection on trucks before we take delivery. 14hrs out here today, check trucks over tomorrow & 14hrs home Tuesday. Not exactly a “fun” trip.

Did you save room for the golf sim? :)
There is still some room for that project!
My buddy is getting quotes on a few different professional units so I may not need to make the investment if he actually follows through. Have another buddy that is actually looking to open two retail sim “bars” locally too. They are starting to really catch on in this wonderful Ohio environment. Pinball is next for the garage but the prices are still way too inflated so just have to wait…

It was a full last day today, departing tomorrow.

We are exhausted.
Skiing was pretty hard, still very good considering time of year.

We will be back, probably end of Feb or so, to hit the glades.

Really liking this Christmas gift and it's timing. New floor mats for the GMC. WeatherTech lazer measured floorliners in the front.

They cover a lot more carpet than the OEM floor mats did. Here is the original lined up over the WeatherTech.

Just in time for the salt, sand, snow and at least one other 4-letter S word to start.

Have some in our Tahoe and absolutely love them. A full set for my Son's car, 2013 Corolla, should be arriving today. Never thought I'd see him excited about floor mats but, that was what he wanted for Christmas.

:-)
