I made it to lake Monroe this weekend but didn't have time to finish boat up with tower oil changes etc. I saw several yamahas and a jet chapp. When i get home monday it's full speed ahead for Shelbyville prep!

I can't believe what I am doing right now...............It has not even been 2 weeks since the 2016 Shelbyville Gathering and here we go already!

Everyone, this will be the 10th, I repeat 10th Annual Friends & Family Boaters Gathering. It has been a blast thus far and number 10 promises to be Epic!

The Place: Lake Shelbyville, Illinois
The Dates: Wednesday, July 26, 2017 - Sunday, July 30, 2017

In the past, most of the participants have stayed at Lithia Resort ( http://www.lithiaresort.com/ ) which is 1/4 mile from a public launch and the Lithia Springs Marina (http://www.lithiamarina.com/ ), where you can rent a slip for the weekend. Below are the participants that have already committed to the trip and the ones that are tentative. Let us know by responding to this post, if you are planning on attending. So, I don't check the form that often these days, but after reading 20 something pages of riveting Bimini Crossing drama, let's have all the fun and crazy times we can...without drifting lost at sea and breakin' a bunch of stuff. Glad those guys are ok, but Lake Shelbyville is a much more "Relaxing" body of water to cross!

Does anyone need a slip still? One of the crews has decided to ride with another crew instead of using their own boat and had paid for a slip over on E dock.
