@Andy S thanks for the note. yes I am still alive but been busy with life the girls are throwing at me this summer. boating has been way too slim this year.

As Eric has been saying, we planned this one a while back so I am making it happen. We need to get together and catch up, maybe a fall Charleston run will work out this year.

y'all have fun at Falls, we'll be thinking of each other as we head different ways on the waters.

Got to hang out with @bronze_10 on Falls lake today and the weather was great...until the afternoon storms rolled in. Hoping to have some great weather on the 22nd!

Big ask, but I've never been in or driven a 21 or 24 footer. Any chance at a test drive at Falls Lake for 10 minutes? I an 2 years from upgrading, but I think about it every time I take my boat out. I love my boat, but dream of bigger and especially now that Bimini trip is here. I'll do the Bimini run as soon as I get a 21 or 24 footer so it' on my mind.

Maybe @Julian can leave the keys under the mat of his boat and I'll give it a try some time....

You're more than welcome to give it a go on mine. You'll find it handles very similar to the 19' but it will give you a feel for the overall length of the boat.

Of course, I didn't remember and declared to my wife that I will be meeting the Jetboat crew on Falls for the day. When I get out of the doghouse maybe I'll get to see ya'll soon.

Yup yup. Draggin the ol' FSH up to Smith Mountain Lake tomorrow to stretch her legs a bit and we'll be out on Falls bright and early next Saturday! Bringin a buddy and crew with, and another buddy bringing his Proline, and another on a ski.

We will be out with friends that we have not seen in quite some time and have not been out with us yet. We are planning on doing water sports for most of the day with the kids. So I will need to see how that goes. I will be bummed if I miss this one again but that is what happens when playing host.
