@RiverRat Nice ice henge. I love how people in cold weather use their boating waters.

Met 3 MOH Recipients today. . . . .#humbled20160930_094250.jpg

Wish I had been there to shake their hand and thank them.

They were rockstars . . . . . . Plenty of people on hand to heap on the praise and admiration they earned.

Here are a few pics of Forbes Island which is docked at Pier 39 in San Francisco. It is a man made floating island, a barge really, that is only accessible by boat and is rented out for dinners, parties, etc. my wife did a little research on it and it displaces 700 tons of water, has 3 bedrooms under the water line, over 40 tons of soil are on the deck and has the largest outboard ever used by the U.S. Navy (although it doesn't look like the prop on this one has been submerged for quite some time).

That is AWESOME. . . . thanks for sharing.

We were fortunate to find @SAGERFLY, his family and his friends on Lake Ouachita Saturday. They were very kind to share their cove where we camped overnight. I snapped this picture as they were leaving.

Another Yamaha added to our family today. Our 4th grader starts recorder lessons in music this month. She was excited that it's a Yamaha.

Just wait till you price a Yamaha flute! You can get Perfect Pass for almost as much!!

The recorder was only $4.25, so that wasn't too bad.
