Finished my project to hide the T-Top wiring inside the tubes. I have not seen anyone route through the top T-Top Joints on the FSH 210 Sport, everyone seems to go out and back in which I did originally but decided to go for it as I also wanted to replace my speaker cans on the tower so I could hide the wires going into the speakers. It took 2 full days by myself to remove the top, drill holes, route the cables and reinstall. I also have my VHF, Solar Panel cables and mister tube routing through the tubes 100% now too. I have Deutsch connectors for the Speakers with LEDs and Solar Panel cable and PL259 for the VHF before going into the tower so I can remove the T-top if needed without having to cut cables. The white tube you see in the after photos is my mister tubes.

That looks 100x better! It is a lot of work but well worth it, good job! I opted not to go through the joints because they didn't for the factory light and I figured 1. It goes along with the wring from the factory and 2. if they factory didn't want to make a hole through the joint from factory (which I admit would keep a cleaner look) there was probably a reason... maintenance, integrity of the top (which i admit i find difficult to believe) or some other reason i can't think of... couldn't be because Yamaha is lazy....

installed my prototype 155mm HO pumps on my 2004 AR210 oh and and new mid bearings and couplers.... detail in the build thread...

Beautiful “winter” day here in Florida. Brought the boat home, ran some water through it, charged the battery, sprayed some XPS rust and corrosion spray on the running gear and steering cable and greased the bearings on the trailer. A little PM now goes a long way later.

I rebuilt the cleanout plugs on the jet drives and went yachting... round 1PM put n hour an change on the boat and just got home... no pics...

Today it was 15* & 20mph winds so I took the cover off the boat and started packing all of the boat & water related stuff in it preparing for the trip south in a little over a week. Too dang cold to snap any pics.

well it was yesterday before I headed out on my 60 mile Lunch cruise... was inspecting the boat prior to launch and decided these temporary shut off valves and 10 micron prefilters had to go... so replaced them with some stainless ball valves and stainless 6 micron filters... and and my luck ya know, all the parts finally showed up this morning for real stainless housings with filter/water separators

even 304 stainless ok... though I do prefer 316 L to 18-8 (304) if aluminum is involved.

In my defense they were throwaways as I sacrificed them to an all new fuel bladder/fuel system...

Finally got around to adding an external power plug so I don't have to run extension cords under the cover into the boat. Inside the boat I have it connected to a NOCO charger attached to the wall between the engine compartment and the storage under the seat.
My first official "drilled Hole" on the boat.

Finished product. Looks a bit odd at the angles I took the pics. The cleat and plug are lined up with the lower boat lines that slant down, while the "Yamaha" decal is lined up with the top of the gunwale, makes it look odd.

Also added a custom mat to the face of the anchor locker thanks to @JetBoatPilot .

After posting these I have to admit, i suck at lining up the shots for a good pic. Should have pulled back further for a more lined up shot, things look crooked but they aren't.
Eventually I am going to replace the rest of the Snap-in/Glued MAT's with this style/texture.

Well done!

Not today, but yesterday. Knocked off the cobwebs after not taking the boat out for a few months(!). Batteries were dead but a jump with the NOCO and she started up - ran like a champ! Went around the bay, stopped at a spot for a drink and watched the sunset on the way home. Maybe I've gotten lucky but this boat and my 4Runner are the 2 most bulletproof vehicles I've ever seen.IMG_2114.jpg

That’s fantastic. We went out of Williams park yesterday, shot to Circles for lunch and back out around 1pm. Water was spectacular.

You guys are killing me. One 64 degree day last week and we got out, water showed 48 degrees...

Heh…the bay water temp was 64 yesterday, stuck my foot in off the swim platform and was like no thanks, I’ll stay in the boat.

Nice boat. Look at it this way, you got to use it this late in the season. I call that a victory.

lots of little projects today waiting for RTV to cure...

sealed the starboard Jet tunnel and set the trim tab to 5 deg bow up...
started peeling off the rest of the dark deck pad to install my New sea deck... that DeBond spray is the SHIT.... worked Great... wiped down with denatured alcohol to neutralize

Agree, been expounding the virtues of Debond for a while now. Used it today to remove marking pen from vinyl . https://jetboaters.net/threads/we-h...-our-boating-options.15561/page-8#post-369538
