2018 Lake Shelbyville Gathering July 25 - July 29, 2018

We will be up there on Wednesday afternoon and could bring something for a potluck. We are staying in a room not at a campsite but I'm sure they can't be to far away.

We will bring some Wisconsin Brats and a side dish. Anything else needed?
Bring whatever you want to drink.

Whats your drink of choice?

Canadian Club Whiskey with Pepsi (not diet), when boating I'm a Margarita or Sangria fan. I'm kind of a high maintenance drinker according to my local bar tenders.

Captain and coke or Coors light guy myself. There will not be a shortage of jello shots either.

Ok, I just put this little survey together.

Please fill it in if you are interested in attending the potluck and can bring something. @OperationROL do you think there would be a need to start a new thread for this? Or, to email the link out to the registered attendees (just in case someone isn't following along in the thread)?

We should have a couple fires/grills available, so if you want to bring meat (@Scott Huse ) we/you should be able to get it cooked.

Once we have some data collected, we'll follow up with the exact campsite. Or, you can just wander around until you find some rigs with JetBoaters.net flags hanging outside.

Here's the link to the survey results: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1h4zmd6lxoS8KJ_umObpfv_CXxBAVgDt4lGF2TY1LyI0/edit?usp=sharing

THat works. It got my attention anyway.

Sadly I have to bow out this year. I really wanted to make the trip up, but my wife has planned our oldest birthday party for that Saturday, and he starts back to school on the following Monday. No room in the time budget this year. Sucks too as I was hoping to get my dad out on the water with this event (he lives in Charleston, IL just down the road)

I am signed up.....new attendees don't be shy I promise you will have the time of your life.

I'm signed up for the pot-luck. We'll supply a pasta salad, and we can also pick up some condiments if need be.

I am game, but don’t want to over commit. So I’m a maybe for Wednesday night.

Cool. As long as we are close(ish) on the count, we’ll have plenty of food. I’ll bring a couple lawn games as well.

I have bags and yardzee in the camper. And looks like we will have a big screen outside at the camper as well.
