This move to Colombia has been the most improvised thing that I've done in my life. Just figuring it out as I go lol
Something funny about here. I went to the city hall to register in their system RUNT, all drivers need to register to do transactions, receive tickets, etc. They use it for security too to prevent crime. They said the system is down and they don't know when it will be back up. Today I went to the barber and asked him.. He tells me "you have to go to town hall in downtown, the workers will tell you that it's down, but when you go outside there are 3rd party people that will register you for 2x the price, and the money goes to the employees of the townhall." HAHA I asked another person and she confirmed this.

Tomorrow I'm bringing the BMW to get fully checked to see if everything is good. Then have an appointment with a doctor and we're going for lunch after hahaha

Pics my wife took at our first County Music Concert last night. I was smart enough not to take any pics of what else I saw (all our pics our shared via a family photo stream file) but I will say that I have a revived appreciation for Daisy Duke shorts and Cowgirl hats. It took about 10 years to get my wife to like County music and now she is developing a favorites playlist. THANK GOD and Kane Brown. Funny, it is a cape style. My dad grimaces at the Kennedy name and what he says they did to the Cape. It happened when he was a kid but the "family farm" was sold and the Cape Cod mall went up in it's place. You can see the area map on the back of a Cape Cod potato chip bag. Lol. There are a couple centuries of us planted on a hillside cemetery off Phinney's Lane.

As I understand it, when indoor malls became the thing the only land large enough to locate them near large population centers were often regional airports, horse racing tracks, or farms. Of the two malls near my childhood, one was an airport and the other a historic farm (farmhouse is on the US Reg National Historic Places).

So, I didn't like something about the M240i, I paid to get the car reviewed and the car was hit on the passenger door and quarter panel. When I asked the owner he gave me some bs story. Then the owner sent me his contract with a different name than the owner and we had a falling out. He had transferred the car to a friend's name and I told him "you can't sell a car that's not yours" and he got annoyed and said "mike, i don't think this car isn't for you" and that was it.

So I continued looking but couldn't find a nice M240i. I started looking elsewhere and found the 2020+ BMW 118i looks very nice and economical. I found 1 today with 14k miles, same price as the M240i, more economical, 50mpg, 3-cylinder with 138hp, tons of technology. Ah I really liked it. I took it for the mechanic's review (called peritaje) and everything looks fine. We're going to finalize the transaction on Tuesday. And look the mechanic shop here sells sausage and arepas (the sausage was delicious, arepa was dry). I need to find a bike rack for my new white mountain bike that will look very nice on the back.

Had tire shop install TPMS sensors on the boat trailer today. I was impressed and surprised to get both tire temperature and pressure readings. Well worth the $40 installation fee.

I never knew this was an option on any truck. Very cool! What make truck is this?

We've been watching this red-tailed hawk's nest for weeks, looking forward to seeing the babies hatch. But then went about three days without seeing mom or dad up there. I was worried that they abandoned the nest, which sometimes happens. But they just upped their camouflage game a little...

my girls are getting a little older now (16 & 19) and aren’t in to tubing as much. I decided to get this so they have something to do while the wife and I relax. I’m happy to say that I’m glad that I don’t have to ‘entertain’ the kids with blowing up different tubes and pulling them around. It’s time for me to just relax.

Funny, we did the same thing....then as with anything the jet ski would barely get used. I think the last year we owned the ski they put maybe 4 hours on it.

Asparagus is up.

Been waiting for a while to see that scene in front of my shop again!

The wife character planted some last year, but thus far, we don't have any signs of life. I'm not sure if she followed my directions, and this was her baby to deal with, but they're plants, we can always try again.
