Up on the roof today checking out the chimney before Winter. My elevated view of the Champlain Valley. I can see that Nor'easter recently dumped some of the white stuff in the Adirondacks.

Saw this last night while in downtown Sacramento.

We rode Amtrak there and back so this was my ride in town. Note the integrated smart phone holder and large frunk (front trunk).

@Seadeals
It's a buckle,
Champions get them,

she shot in a local handicap trap tournament on Saturday,
she won the "short yardage" class with 86 of 100, she tied with another and they had to have a shoot off, first round tied at 21 of 25, she won the second round with 23 of 25,

In trap for "handicapped" events you shoot at your level, the closer to the house supposedly the easier the target is,
where the microphones are is the 16 yd line (regular trap distance)
she shot from the 19 (minimum for handicap distance)
the last square on the walkway is 27 yd line

This was open to anyone, they had about 50 people with most being older men, there were a lot of heads turned and whispers as she shot her first two rounds of 23 of 25 each,

Sunday we shot at our local club
50 each skeet/trap/sporting clays
She finished about 8th out of 30 regular shooters so we were very happy with that and it should qualify her for the 2nd team for the inter-club events ( local clubs will hold a tournament and invite best shooters from other clubs to attend)

Not boat related but ...

My rides for the next few days while on an adventure to Moab, Utah, to participate in this year’s Jeep Jamboree event.

Finally, here is something I don’t see in California (only in Nevada).

Hauled the boat out Monday. Mussels grow on anything not protected with anti fouling paint. After 5mos. in Lake Champlain, this is the growth on the Raymarine RV-200 X-ducer. I let them dry out for a day and wiped them off with a rag. The rest of the hull was pretty clean after a quick pressure wash.

Took my 9 years but finally got a new driveway! Never thought I could be so excited about concrete!

Lol --- down here in Florida, that's the amount of growth we see grow during an hour lunch break!

A few pics from my trip to Moab, UT to participate in Jeep Jamboree 2019. We successfully navigated the Top of the World and Moab Rim trails.

I have seen these two leaf peeping balloons a lot lately. Here skimming my hometown Arrowhead Mtn. Lake.

Moved a monstrous 8' tall azalea bush yesterday. Was way to big for its location. Man what a battle! Thankfully the landscape entrepreneur teenager in the neighborhood was available with his tractor, or it would never have been possible to move. Now we just have to see if it survives! Forgot to take a before pic!
