So now I have to try to get to sleep with the Electric Slide running through my head now. You shall pay for this! ?
It’s electric, boogie woogie woogie..

Farmers field by my house… a small thunderstorm in the making. These storms come up so fast! I was washing the interior of my boat today with intent on waxing it as well, saw a few clouds and kept working. Looked up 20-30 mins later and was like oh crap! I had to do a hurry up hurry up and get all the stuff in the shop and put the cover back on. As I was tightening the straps the Thunder started and I had just got in the house when the skies opened up! Then a hour and half later this was the scene.

Modding out the scum of the earth machine (91 Kawasaki 650sx stand up).

New Mikuni 44mm carb to replace the pos stock Keihin 38mm. More power and way more responsiveness and reliability. Just have to open up the intake and use an adapter plate.

I know some here have their boats on a mooring. A good reminder to check your mooring ground tackle annually from our friend Mike at BHL&T.

We have seen a couple of sailboats break loose and end up on the rocks in the last few years.

So this morning we finally went for a ride to check out the local single track.. well lets just say we won’t be going on these trails again. It took us 4 hours to go 5 miles. That’s just one section where I finally stopped to take a good breather and could take a picture or two.

when you're a tiny human and can fit and fall asleep in the head! IMG_9031.jpgIMG_9030.jpg

just be very cautious, we've had reports of adults getting light headed, not feeling well from engine exhaust when using it as a head compartment,
We were tied off, no engine running at the time, or for a few hours at that point. I appreciate the heads up. Thank you very much for letting me know we will have to keep that in mind for future trips. We only acquired this new boat 2 weeks ago, so I am learning a bunch. Our 195 didn't have the head space so this is all new. Never too old to learn though!

Make sure to update your profile to what your new boat is, in case you need help with things in the future!
