What onboard charger do you use? I have a duel battery set up on my 2007 232 Limited and would love to have an onboard charger. Are they easy to install?

Thanks,
Scott

Installing one of these is about the easiest thing you can do. Find a wall to screw it to, and attach the wires to the batteries. It only gets fancy if you want to drill a hole through the hull for an external plug....but even that is easy.

Completed baffle install for starboard rear coaxial (shares locker with JL IB sub):

Some minor challenges, but not too bad.

Also finished pulling wire & installed dedicated power runs for each amp with inline fuses for each and shared master power switch:

Again, not too bad, just taking my time to do it the way I want it.

If I charged myself by the hour on this install, I'd be rich!

Replaced a broken bimini pipe holder.

@GTBRMC where did you get the baffles and ring? I need to do this on my boat and was looking for the pieces today. Thanks

Bought a Airdock boat lift today... Now the wait for it to be shipped...

No pix yet, will do writeup later, but got the sound system upgrade largely completed and water tested last Saturday. Hardware is updated in my signature.

I still have a bit of trim work to do - caulk around the swimdeck coaxials, a couple more wires to strain relieve, and carpet to trim and re-glue around the sub. Major step yet to take is tuning the M500/3 amp.
Water tested the setup with very conservative input sensitivity levels settings. I was very happy with the sound and got two big thumbs up from teenage daughter and her boyfriend.

Although it was spendy, I am very glad I added the WS-420BT - beautifully engineered unit, lets me do exactly what I want to do, and does it all with no fuss and high quality.

Stainless Boat Buckles added.

Thanks. I was very pleasantly surprised that I had ZERO residue that I needed to scrape off once I pulled up the mats.

Installed foam insulation tape to the head door so it quits rattling. Relocated Sirius antenna so I might get a decent signal. Installed Keelshield keel guard. Installed replacement battery charger. Got portable VHF's unpackaged, tested, and charging. Dusted off the GoPro and got it ready and charging. Cleaned, organized, and started packing for Bimini!

And god awful pinstripe. Not much left now!
