JETBOATPILOT HAS SOMETHING NEW COMING SOON!!!

But the fact that it shoots one tail for twin engine seems to suggest it attaches to the keel..

@JetBoatPilot so if I were planning on buying a Wakebooster are you saying I should hold off. If so...expectation of when a wake product will be available for purchase? Thanks.

I second this one, currently working with dealer to get my hands on a wakebooster, but can't wait to see what you have on deck instead!

I don't think the physics of that would work. In my opinion, that rooster tail could only be created from the force from the jet pump, not from some sort of keel attached fin scooping water into the air (my thought).

Spoke with Will today in reference to my 2017 FSH 190 Deluxe.. The Rooster Tail is connected to the articulating Keel. There will be a connection from the swim platform to turn off and on. From our conversation, it would not create any drag nor speed and does not interfere with the Lateral Thruster if you have one installed! Sounds like a Great addition for fun in the sun! Hope this helps out a little.

this rooster tail device would be worth it, the first time I flip it on when I have my boys or their friends on the tube.:D

I was thinking of those on their PWC's following my kids on the tube.

All right it’s Black Friday where is the info on this surf product??? :winkingthumbsup"

This is clearly an adjustable scoop that mounts to the lower rear section of the hull.
It manually adjusts (by dunking your head in the water) to a neutral position or a scoop position which causes the water to divert upward.
This product will chop off 2-5 mph off the top end when engaged and also hurt fuel mileage at the same time.
Hopefully, it doesn't put to much leverage on the AK that it causes damage over time.
Just my 2 cents on this game of "I have something new coming out so everyone gets excited"

No bone to pick at all, in fact, I love all Will's videos.
Just calling it as I envision it to be.
Let's see if I'm even close at all or simply dead on.

Any news on this one yet? :)

Looks like my patent attorney is going to have a first draft for me to review concerning the new surf tech and it will be available for me to read through and hopefully approve on Monday this coming week. Once that has been filed with the Patent Office we can begin sharing videos and pictures of the late generation prototypes.

Trust me, we're as excited to share this with you as many of you are excited to see it. We hope it is as cool to you as we think it is!

Pictures of the prototype design of the Rooster Tail are now on our product page on our website. Please bear in mind that these images may change a bit prior to product launch as we fine tune everything, but we wanted to get something out there as soon as we were possibly able.

For clarification the darker components in the image are the left and right side of the Rooster Tail and the opaque rectangle in the center is the Articulating Keel. You'll also notice that the adjustment pin and mount bolt is not installed in this image. We're still working on those details and will have them added as we move forward.

Looks like I was dead on.
What say you seanmclean ???

Ok so it looks like you need to drill through the AK to mount it. Also for does it have a handle or something for adjustment?

Where do you see a 'scoop that mounts to the hull'? I see a blade that straddles the AK. Seems like you couldn't have been further from reality, so not sure I understand the snarky callout.

The arm with the hole near the upper edge is the pin location and the two hydrofoil will be interlocked so that you can press either side up or down and they'll remain aligned with each other.

Wow, You didn't see the part about "Hopefully, it doesn't put to much leverage on the AK that it causes damage over time"
Where's the AK located? (the lower section of the hull).
No scoop? You really think it's gonna lift water without a scoop?
BTW, you called me out first Jack A$$.
