I know from reading some of the posts on this thread that there are some activities planned for the evenings throughout the week, is anything planned for Saturday evening, just wondering as our 11 year old is type 1 diabetic and and Is on a kind of schedule for eating meals. I remember something about everyone going to dinner just can't remember if that was Saturday or if everyone just scatters and does their own thing

Usually there is a catered dinner at Lithia Saturday night along with games. They have a scavenger hunt planned for the kids also don't wanna miss I can guarantee ! Maybe a planner can verify this info for you !

Ok, we are all settled. We are staying at the spillway motel Saturday and Sunday, we will be heading down early Saturday morning. We understand we may not be able to be included in the dinner and other activities, if we can that will be great, but we are good either way. I signed up a while ago but had to cancel but now we are able to come, so if we lost our spots we completely understand. Anyway we are excited to meet everyone!!! See you Saturday!!!

jc6275, There will be lots of food Saturday evening so please come join us. because of your sons condition you may want to make provision to feed him in case we don't get started until late. I think it usually starts at 6:30. Come play with us and introduce yourself. I didn't get a chance to meet all the families today and I don't want to miss anyone.

@buckbuck , thank you.. we are excited to meet everyone as well!!!! My wife is vigilant in preparations, that woman packs enough food for an army. I'm sure she will take something for my daughter in case she were to need it. Thanks again for the warm welcome, and the info. also I want to thank everyone for the help in finding a new place to stay after my cancel and uncancel over the last few dsys

Awesome photos!
Kids tore apart my computer while at work and trying to piece it together before i leave. Made nice directions and stuff in a nice file to print when i got home but i guess that was a mistake. I need a lock and key for my cpu! Had dinner and groceries stops planned out with maps and such all ready to go. Oh well. Leave soon i hope. A year of time to get ready and my wife is packing yet... never fails, lol
